Tawkify and Arrows Community Guidelines

At Tawkify, connection is curated, but respect is non-negotiable. We’re here to help people build real, meaningful relationships. That only works when everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered to be their authentic selves. These Community Guidelines are here to protect that experience.

They apply to all of our Services, whether you’re working with a matchmaker or coach through Tawkify or using Arrows, our standalone video dating platform. While the formats may differ, the expectations are the same: kindness, honesty, and safety come first.

By registering with Tawkify or using Arrows, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines and our Terms of Use. If these standards do not align with your values, we understand if you choose not to participate in our Services. If you violate our Community Guidelines, your account may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Our Core Values

Our Community Guidelines are grounded in shared principles that foster meaningful, safe, and respectful connection. These values reflect the standard we hold ourselves to, and the expectations we have for everyone using our Services:

What We Encourage

Strong connections are built on honesty, effort, and care. We encourage you to:

  • Show up with intention and openness to meaningful connection.
  • Be curious, thoughtful, and present in your conversations.
  • Respect others’ experiences and perspectives, even when they differ from your own.
  • Let kindness guide how you communicate and engage.
  • Be clear and respectful about your level of interest.
  • Extend grace—everyone deserves the space to be human.

Behavior Expectations and Prohibited Conduct

To keep our community safe and respectful, we expect all users to follow these standards. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or account termination without refund.

You may not:

  • Misrepresent who you are or provide false or misleading information.
  • Impersonate anyone or create fake profiles.
  • Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate others, including other users or Tawkify staff.
  • Send unwanted sexual content, make lewd remarks, or engage in cyberflashing or indecent exposure.
  • Use hate speech or discriminatory language targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, or identity.
  • Share private or personal information about others without their consent.
  • Promote or engage in illegal activity or conduct that causes harm.
  • Solicit money, promote products, or use the platform for commercial or exploitative purposes.
  • Upload malware or otherwise interfere with the functionality or integrity of the Services.


Interactions with Other Users

You are responsible for your own behavior and communications. While we conduct limited screenings, we cannot guarantee user conduct. Please use good judgment, safeguard your privacy, and trust your instincts, especially when deciding whether to meet someone in person.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, report it through the in-app reporting feature or by emailing safety@tawkify.com. Reports are confidential and reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.

Reporting and Enforcement

We take violations seriously. If you breach these Guidelines, our Terms of Use, or our Trust & Safety Policy, we may take action at our sole discretion. This may include:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Removing content
  • Restricting or suspending your account
  • Terminating your account without refund
  • Reporting your behavior to law enforcement or other authorities

We use both manual moderation and automated tools to detect and respond to violations. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to any remaining Services and are not entitled to a refund.

Terms and Updates

These Community Guidelines are part of your agreement with Tawkify and should be read alongside our Terms of Use. We may update them from time to time, so please check back periodically.
