Arrows Service Agreement

Introduction

This Arrows Service Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the self-directed video dating services (“Arrows Services”) offered by Tawkify, Inc. (“Tawkify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our Arrows platform, which includes the Arrows website at www.arrows.com, any related mobile or desktop applications “Apps”), communication tools, and all associated technology, systems, and features (collectively, “Arrows” or the “Platform”). It is a binding contract between Tawkify and you, our Client (“you” or “your”), and governs your purchase and use of Arrows Services.

By using Arrows, you agree to comply with this Agreement and our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Trust & Safety Policy and any other policies posted on our websites, Apps, or within the Platform (collectively, the “Agreements”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will control, except where this Agreement addresses Arrows-specific matters.

Overview of Arrows Services

Arrows is a self-directed video dating platform that uses proprietary Match Intelligence to deliver curated, anonymous matches tailored to your preferences and values.

The Arrows process includes: 

 

  1. Account Creation– Set up your free Arrows account
  2. Profile Set Up & Preferences -Answer questions about yourself and what you're seeking in a romantic connection, and take our facial recognition quiz to identify the physical features you find most appealing. This allows the system to recommend matches with similar traits.
  3. Curated Anonymous Matches – Our matching engine uses your responses to identify compatibility indicators for long-term relationship potential. Each week, you’ll receive up to three anonymous bios tailored to your preferences, highlighting key details such as age, location, and interests (“Match Recommendations”). Photos and other identifying information are not provided at this stage.
  4. Matches and Video Dates – A “Match” occurs when you select another Arrows user and that user selects you. Both parties will have the option to schedule a 30‑minute Video Date, which will take place exclusively over Arrows’ secure video platform. Your identity will be revealed to the other party during the Video Date.
  5. Feedback Loop – After each date, you will be asked to share your feedback to help the system refine your future matches.

Eligibility and Use

Your safety, privacy, and comfort are central to the Arrows experience. We use a range of safety measures that may include secure ID verification to confirm identity and age, as well as criminal records screening to check for sexual offenses, violent crimes, or other conduct that could impact the safety or integrity of our community. Based on the results of this screening, or if you fail to provide accurate or complete information during onboarding, Tawkify may deny, suspend, or terminate your access to Arrows at any time.

Eligibility criteria, account requirements, and rules of conduct also are governed by the Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all eligibility requirements and for complying with all applicable policies.

Arrows is part of the Tawkify family of services. When you create an Arrows account, your profile and information are also added to Tawkify’s main database. Within Arrows, you will only be matched with other Arrows users. However, by signing up to use Arrows, you also agree that we may review your profile for potential matches with Tawkify matchmaking clients and, if a suitable opportunity arises, we may contact you about potentially being matched with one of Tawkify’s matchmaking clients. You may choose not to be considered for matches outside of Arrows at any time by contacting our Customer Success Team at customersuccess@tawkify.com. If you opt out, your profile will remain active in Arrows but will not be reviewed for matchmaking opportunities beyond the Arrows Platform.

Match Recommendations

Our goal is to introduce you to people who genuinely align with your preferences and values. Match Recommendations are generally delivered each week, though timing may vary depending on your location, preferences, and the availability of compatible connections. Each Match Recommendation invitation will appear in your Client dashboard, and you’ll need to respond within the time frame shown, otherwise, the invitation will expire.

Match Recommendations are created by our proprietary matching technology based on the information you share. There’s no personal matchmaker review or manual vetting of Candidates.

Video Dates

Once there is a Match, you’ll each have the option to schedule a 30‑minute Video Date, held exclusively through Arrows’ secure video platform. Your identity will be revealed to the other party during the date. All scheduling and video calls must take place within the Platform to ensure a safe and consistent experience for everyone.

To get the most out of your experience, please ensure that you arrive on time for all scheduled Video Dates. If you do not attend a scheduled Video Date, or you are more than 15 minutes late for the date, that will be considered a “no-show.” If you have three no-shows, your account will be closed without a refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a reliable internet connection, and a working device with video and audio capabilities.

After a Video Date, your contact information will only be shared if both you and the other party agree to continue communicating. If either party declines, no contact details will be exchanged.

Confidentiality and Safety

To protect your privacy, we do not share your last name, contact information, or photos with potential matches before a Video Date. All matches are anonymous until the date occurs.

We expect all Clients to conduct themselves respectfully and in full compliance with our Terms of Use and Trust & Safety Policy. Inappropriate, lewd, sexual, harassing, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

While Arrows takes active steps to foster a safe and respectful environment, you are ultimately responsible for exercising good judgment and taking appropriate precautions when interacting with others.

Feedback

Your feedback is an important part of the Arrows experience as it helps us fine‑tune your Match Recommendations and improve the Platform for everyone. After each Video Date, you’ll be prompted to share your thoughts through the Arrows Platform within the time frame shown in your Client dashboard. Providing feedback helps ensure the quality and relevance of your future matches.

The information you share helps refine our matching algorithm and enhance your overall experience. While your feedback will never be shared verbatim with the other party, we may summarize relevant themes or impressions in a way that protects your privacy.

Subscription and Payment

Arrows Video Dating is offered as either a recurring monthly subscription or a pay-per-match option.

A subscription provides full access to the Arrows platform and matching features, including unlimited Matches, for the length of your paid term. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Client Dashboard before the next billing cycle.

The pay-per-match option allows you to buy Matches individually without a recurring commitment. One match credit is used when you and another Arrows user Match (i.e., both select each other), even if the Video Date does not occur.

Pricing is shown on our website at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, payment may be made by credit or debit card.

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing or discounts. If a promotion applies to your purchase, the promotional terms will control to the extent they differ from this Agreement.

By providing payment information, you authorize Tawkify to process charges without an original signature. State-specific cancellation and refund rights may apply, including for residents of New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and California, as described in our Terms of Use. Where applicable, those rights will override any conflicting terms in this Agreement.

No Guarantees

Our goal is to introduce you to people who may be a good fit for you. We cannot promise a specific number of Matches, Video Dates, or successful connections, and we cannot guarantee that you will find a romantic partner or that other users will meet your expectations or preferences.

Your results will depend on many factors, including your participation, communication style, and choices, as well as the independent decisions of other users. Your purchase provides access to the Arrows Platform and matching process, not a guaranteed outcome. We aim to provide a safe, respectful environment and to operate the service with care, but we cannot control the conduct of users.

Termination

We want every Arrows Client to have a safe, respectful, and positive experience. We may suspend or terminate your access to Arrows at any time as described in the Terms of Use, with or without cause. Reasons may include violations of this Agreement or any policy, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or behavior we determine to be inappropriate or unsafe.

If we terminate your account for cause, you will forfeit any remaining subscription time or fees paid, unless required by law to receive a refund.

Obligations intended to apply after termination will continue in effect under this Agreement and the Terms of Use.

Proprietary Rights

All technology, software, algorithms, designs, content, trademarks, logos, and features of the Arrows Platform are the proprietary property of Tawkify (including Arrows) or our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non‑commercial purposes. This license does not give you any ownership interest or intellectual property rights in Tawkify, or Arrows or its content.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, create derivative works from, or use any part of the Platform for purposes outside of this Agreement and the Terms of Use. You also may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software used on or with the Platform.
